Apartment no4 is in the first floor, entrance is through the N-W oriented covered terrace, and on opposite side have it's own terrace with the view . It consists of one Bedroom with double bed, Living room with open air kitchen with one click-clack sofa bed in it, and two beds in small space above the kitchen where children can sleep if not too young to fall down from upstairs. Kitchen with table (cooking stove, electric hot plates, oven, refrigerator with small freezer, dishes). Bathroom and toilet. Apartment no4 is connected with one bedroom with two beds, room can be separated from the Apartment because it have it's own entrance from front terrace.

**Notice: On 4. picture you can see this small sleeping area above the kitchen to get there you have to climb by leaders you can see on 5. picture, leaders are attached to the wall on the left side of the kitchen. That is why it is not suitable for small children.

The time of arrival to our apartments should be about 13.00 h and departure at 10.00 a.m.

HOUSE RULES

Welcome!

To ensure you a pleasant vacation we kindly request that you observe the following house rules.

• On your arrival please leave your passport/id. card at the agency.
• On your departure day please leave the room or apartment before 10 a.m. (or you will be asked to pay for it if there are no other guests coming into your apartment)
• The landlord is not responsible for the property of the guest.
• House pets may be brought into the apartment only with the permission of the landlord. It is not permitted to leave the pet in the room/apartment without supervision.
• It is forbidden to bring into the apartment inflammables, explosives or materials with strong and/or unpleasant odour.
• Please respect the other guests by limiting your noise from 11.00 p.m. to 8.00 a.m.
• Please take care of the rented room or apartment, switch off electrical items and turn off taps when you are not using them. In case of malfunctioning appliances please contact the landlord immediately.
• Any guest that causes damage, disturbances or breaks the house rules may be asked to leave and compensate the landlord for any damage caused
